The People´s Deputies took into account the report of the Panel which is to be referred to the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Prosecution General, and the Security Service.
The Cabinet of Ministers is suggested to develop the strategy of development of media space, state-owned mass media, public television and radio in Ukraine. This strategy should be discussed by the public and the mass media representatives.
The Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information should prepare the motions concerning amendments to the applicable laws on television and radio broadcasting to correct the legal deficiencies in this sector.
The executive authority bodies should provide equal conditions for the mass media, and prevent any politicization in the activity of the National Council of Ukraine for Television and Radio Broadcasting.
